Meet Jess,

Registered Massage Therapist and lover of all things cozy and creepy! When she’s not nurturing her clients’ well-being, Jess indulges in her passions for horror novels and movies. As a proud animal mom to multiple fur babies (and one scaly one), she finds solace in nature and nurtures her green thumb with an ever-growing collection of plants.

Jess prides herself in her work and uses a mixture of deep tissue, manual stretching and fascial techniques to ensure each client’s treatment is perfect for them. Being formally trained in Swedish Massage from Georgian College you’ll find that she has a never-ending amount of tools in her massage tool kit.

Dr. Ashleigh Stableforth has been a chiropractor in the area for the past 15 years!

She incorporates hands-on chiropractic adjustments, gentle joint mobilizations and myofascial/deep tissue release techniques into her treatments.

She provides patients with home stretching and strengthening exercises and nutritional advice to support all-rounded patient wellness.

Dr. Ashleigh enjoys seeing people of all ages and has a special interest in prenatal and infant care. She is certified in the Webster Technique and has additional certifications in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care. Dr. Ashleigh also is a custom orthotic and compression sock provider.

Dr. Ashleigh lives locally with her husband and two daughters. She looks forward to working in Creemore again!
